About humpback whales on the Anguilla bank

Every winter, humpback whales migrate from the North Atlantic to the warm, calm waters of the Caribbean.
The Anguilla Bank is the second largest breeding area in the region (after the Silver Bank in the Dominican Republic). From January to April, many whales can be spotted here as they come to mate and give birth.

Mothers seek sheltered coastal waters to protect their young calves, while males form competitive groups in search of females.
Whales are often seen between St. Barthélemy, Anguilla, and St. Martin, making each excursion a real adventure.

Wind Adventures offers a comfortable and responsible whale-watching experience, giving you the chance to observe these magnificent creatures when sea conditions are calm — a truly unforgettable moment at sea.
