LESSONS AND RENTAL

RESERVATION: the reservation is effective on reception of payment. Your card will be charged in EUROS (USD convertion might varied) only after we confirmed you availibilities and the reservation.

from décembre 20 th 2024 to january 4 th 2025, a 25% extra Will be chargée due to high season

BOOKING CONFIRMATION: we will confirm you by E email the dates of your reservation and the schedules 

CANCELLATION:
From you:

• cancelation must be done at least 24 hours in advance ( or one month before between december 20 th to January 6 th. No refund in case of cancelation from december 20 th to january 5 th, sorry)
• no show: if we didn't received any cancelation from you more than 24 hours in advance, no refund possible
• late arrival: if you arrive later at your lesson, we wo'nt be able to move it, so you will loose some time on your lesson.

On behalf of the center:

•  Schedules changing: the center keeps the right to reschedule the lessons in your interest (better conditions weather)
•  The center keeps the right to cancel the lesson for safety reasons. In this case your lesson will be rescheduled or refunded.
• we refund the undue lessons ( you pay the lessons you did)
•  Kitesurfing packages: in the event all package can’t be finished, the lessons will be charged according to the lessons rates, and not on an average of the number of lessons.

Kitesurf rental:

• Autonomy: the hiring is only for autonomous kitesurfers. The level 5 FFVL and 3m IKO is required. A guarantee of 1500 euros will be required in case of damages or loose. Kitesurfing rental is for 2 hours minimum. 
• if the kiter is unable to respect the kite area (not able to ride upwind, dangerous behavior, jumping in the swimmers area), the center will stop the rental right away, and no refund will be possible.

BOAT TRIPS

• Payment: a 30 % deposit is required to confirm the booking 
• 90 days before the cruise the total amount has to be paid
• Cancelation: must be done 5 days before the beginning of the trip. No refund in case of cancelation under 5 days or in case of no show. No reschedule possible in case of no show
• Christmas: from december 20 th 2024 untill janviary 5 th 2025, a 25 % extra. will be charged

Prices validity:
All prices are valid from october 15th 2024 to august 31 st 2025

The following Sales conditions are registrered by the french law, Tribunal de Commerce de Basse Terre, Guadeloupe

In case of problem, the buyer with warn Wind adventures first to arrange the conflict.
